TO ORDER


Please send me your:

1)  name* and postage address

2)  e-mail address

3)  to know your preferred language for the information booklet. (currently in English, French or German)

4)  your preferred method of payment (bank to bank transfer or 'paypal')


Then:

1)  I will send you a reply restating your order, and give you the payment information, as well as, if requested, information/suggestions as to which adhesive to buy and how.

2)  You send me the 1209 Euro. (Or a down payment of at least 100 Euro).

3)  I confirm your order, give you the ready date estimate*, and mail the pigment samples to the postage address you have given me.

4)  You choose your pigment number**, and mail the samples back to me.

5)  Before posting your prosthetic, I will need the pigment samples and full payment.



How long it takes depends on how many orders I have.

All packages sent outside of the EU have to be labeled, and customs may open them. I will label yours as inconspicuous and uninterestingly as possible.



*For those of you who haven’t or are not able to change your legal name, please correspond with me in your chosen name. I will use your legal first initial and last name when necessary for postage.

**I do not need the pigment for the first half of the production process, but I do need an average of 2 weeks time after confirmation of colour.
